With a background in counseling psychology, I’ve spent many years as a mental health professional helping individuals and couples find grace and empowerment. My journey has led me to discover and embrace other modalities of healing. I am an AASECT certified Sex Counselor, a certified Relationship Coach, and a certified breathwork teacher. I am continually in awe of the mysticism of relationships. How they lead us on a journey of self-discovery, and invite us to heal our broken places.
